A quick reference for reps and Lyons staff. For the full guide, ask your manager for the Lyons Product Finder user guide.
Lyons internal Finder. This Finder shows discontinued products and where each product is sold.
Quick reference

| Find a product by size | Type the size in the search box, for example 60x32. Order does not matter. |
| Find a product by part number | Type all or part of the part number in the search box. |
| Find a product by name | Type a word from the product name in the search box, for example alcove. |
| Find a color, drain side, seat side or rough-in | Type it in the search box, for example biscuit, left drain, right seat or AFR. Or select it in the filter list (on a phone: tap Filters). |
| See the other colors | The list shows the white part numbers. Select + more colors under a product, or select All colors or one color in the filter list. |
| Open the product details | Select a line, the product name or the image. The details open at the right side and the list stays open (on a phone, they fill the screen). Select Close or push Esc. |
| See the alcove size and the product measurements | Open the product details. The alcove drawing and the measurement drawing are at the bottom. Select a drawing to open it full size. The info sheet shows them too. |
| Build an order list | In the line with the part number and color you want, type the quantity in Qty, then select Add to order (or push Enter). |
| Print or share the order list | Select Order list, then Print, Copy as text, or Download CSV. |

| Share the exact view with a coworker | Copy the page address from the browser. It reopens to the same search, filters, and product. |
Print or share one product
- Open the product details (select a line or the product name).
- Select Print info sheet for a one-page, print-ready sheet for this product, with the print dialog already open. No prices and no fit data.
- Select Share info sheet to send the same page as a link. A contractor can open it without signing in to the Finder.
Download or share a spec sheet or instructions
- Open the product details (select a line or the product name).
- Select Download to save the PDF to this device.
- Select Share instead to send the PDF through your phone or computer's share sheet, where that is supported. Otherwise it shares the document's link, or copies the link to the clipboard.
A contractor can open a shared spec sheet, instructions, or
product print-out link without signing in to the Finder.
Print or share the order list (bill of materials)
- Select Order list at the top of the page.
- Optional. Type your name in Rep name and your store in Branch. Kept in this browser only, the same way the order list itself is kept. Both print, and both are added to Copy as text and Download CSV.
- Select Print for a print-ready bill of materials: a line for each part number, then a specification block for each product. No prices, no fit data.
- Select Copy as text or Download CSV to send the list another way.
See what fits
Some products show fitting counterparts, for example a surround that fits a particular tub. This comes from Lyons builder data and is not checked for every product. Always check the spec sheet before you order.
Fit data is on screen for reps only. It never appears on a printed or shared product sheet, or on the printed order list.
When the warning bar shows
A bar under the top bar means the page may be out of date: no network connection, or a newer catalog on the server. Reconnect, or select Reload on the bar, before you confirm a part number, price, or detail to a customer.
